First Fidelity Escrow is an independent escrow company founded in 2014 by Melissa Carson. Melissa has over 20 years of escrow experience and currently works with many of the top producing real estate agents and lenders in the nation.

She has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from San Diego State University and is a member of California Escrow Association and North San Diego County Escrow Association and was on the North San Diego County Escrow Association board in 2018.

She has a passion for constant and continuing education in our rapidly changing industry. Her zest for knowledge makes sure she adheres to all Federal, State, Local Fiduciary and Escrow Laws.
